Family Care Certified Services of Brooklyn and Queens is a for profit Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA).  Established in Nassau County in 1987, Family Care Certified Services opened in Brooklyn in 1988 and Queens in 2007. Family Care Certified Services provides skilled care to patients residing in Brooklyn and Queens.
